Our Charter Boat: Deep Sea fishing on "In Excess", a 36' Runaway, clean up to date equipment including GPS and autopilot. Various tackle from 8lb to 130lb, all with the latest safety equipment. Government approved. Full and Half Day charters available. Member of the billfish association and the international game fishing associaton (igfa). Your Charter Captain: Owner Gilbert Amaral has 30 years of fishing experience. Some of his catches include 508lb blue marlin and 60lb white marlin. His tag and releases include blue marlins up to 650lb and white marlin up to 40lb. Many yellowfin tuna (alison) catches averaging 50 - 60 lb and blackfin tuna averaging 20 - 25 lb. Other fish that may be caught in the season are mauhi mauhi (dolphin fish), rainbowrunners, yellowtails, amberfish, bonita, mackeral and anything else that grabs the hook |
