(1) TROLLING, using rigged baits and artificial lures.
Species include, wahoo , tuna of all species, barracuda, dolphin fish (not the flipper type) and the occasional marlin. (2) INNER REEF BOTTOM FISHING, light tackle. Species include, snapper, turbot, bream, grunt, and the occasional bone fish. A good half day trip for grown ups and children. (3) OUTER REEF BOTTOM FISHING, light tackle. Species include, coney, hind, turbot, wrasse, barber, porgy, bonito, yellowtail, amber, the occasional barracuda and mackeral. A good half day trip and most times an excellent full day. (4) COMBINATION trolling and bottom drift fishing. Light and heavy tackle. Species are as in # 1 and # 3. Full day only. This method gives you the advantage of trolling for the big one and also having fun catching the many varieties of bottom fish, all in the same day. This is an excellent full day trip, and just about guarantees all anglers will catch a fish or two. |
