CT Southern Coast: Stamford, Bridgeport, New Haven

Block Island Sound is located southwest of Narragansett Bay. Fish in the
area include striped bass, tuna, fluke, marlin, bluefish, and scup.
Surrounding areas include Bradford, Westerly, Stoning, Mystic, New London,
Norwich, and Fishers Island Sound. Fishermen generally catch the following
species: Mackerel, Cod, Flounder, Black Sea Bass, Blackfish,
Bluefin Tuna, Bluefish, Mako, Blue Shark, Cunner, Goosefish,
Grey Triggerfish, Hickory Shad, Little Tunny, Oyster Toadfish, Pollock,
Sandbar Shark, Scup, Spanish Mackerel, Striped Bass, Fluke, Weakfish,
and Yellowfin Tuna.
